Joint Account Details

The page is displayed because you indicated on the Liquid Resources Questions page that someone in the household has his/her name on someone else’s bank or credit union account. This page will repeat for each person indicated to have a joint account. If this was indicated by mistake, remove the record once you reach the Resources Summary section at the completion of this section of the application.

If the individual indicated at the top of the page does not have a joint account, click the Previous button to navigate back to the Resources Survey page to adjust the information entered.

Some items have an asterisk (*) next to them, indicating they are mandatory. You must fill in these items before you can continue to the next page.

Type the account holder’s first name and last name in the text boxes. Be sure to use their full, legal name. Do not use nicknames on this application. The First Name text box allows a maximum of 12 characters, and the Last Name text box allows a maximum of 19 characters. If the name does not fit in the boxes, type as much as you can.

When entering the amount of money the person typically deposits into the account, only enter two decimal places. Special characters, such as commas, are not allowed.
