This page allows you to select a Benefit Program that you would like to apply to. The CAFÉ online application system supports applications for the SNAP (Food Stamp), FITAP, KCSP and Child Support Enforcement services. Click the blue link on the name of each program to learn more about the benefit and the eligibility requirements.
Check the box next to each of the program(s) you would like to apply for using the online application for assistance. At least one box must be checked in order to proceed with the online application.
Click the Next button to save and continue with the online application.
Click the Previous button to view the previous page. Clicking on the Previous button does not save information you have entered and may result in the information for that page being lost.
Click the Save & Exit button to exit the online application and save your progress on your application. The application is saved as Incomplete.
