This page provides detailed information on your active FITAP case. It shows case and benefit details, information on household members and household contact information.
If you have other open cases linked to your account, you can see details on these cases by clicking on the respective program tabs at the top of the page.
Click the Print button to print this page for your reference.
Click the Upload button to upload documents to your case. Click the View Details link to view a member’s income and expenses.
Click the View Cases Summary button to return to the Case Summary page.
If you would like to ask a question about your case, select a question from the menu and click the Submit Now button.
