On this screen, a summary of what you have told us about you and your household members displays. Review each of the following sections for accuracy.
Head of Household: Review the head of household. Click Change Head of Household or Change in the Action column of the table to visit the Change Head of Household screen to change the head of household
Other Household Members: Review the household members. Click Add Household Member to return to the Household Member Information screen to add additional household members. Click Change or Remove in the Action column of the table to change or remove an existing household member
Contact Information: Review the Contact Information for the head of household. Click Change Contact Information to return to the Contact Information screen tochange your contact information
Other Information: Review the other information entered for the household. Click Change Other Information to return to the Other Information screen to change your other information
Household Income: Review the income for the household. Click Add Income to return to the Income Information screen to add additional income. Click Change or Remove in the Action column of the table to change or remove existing income
Household Resources: Review the resources for the household. Click Add Resource to return to the Resource Information screen to add additional resources. Click Change or Remove in the Action column of the table to change or remove existing resource.
Click Previous to return to the Resource Summary screen.
Click Save & Exit to save your place in the registration and return to the home screen.
Click Submit to submit your registration.
