If Yes was selected to the Does anyone in your household have income? field on the Household Summary screen, you must complete the Income Information screen.
Select the person receiving the income: This field is mandatory. Select the household member receiving income from the drop-down list
Type of income: This field is mandatory. Select the type of income from the drop-down list
How much of this income is received each month?: This field is mandatory. Enter the amount of this person’s income received each month. If you do not know the exact amount, enter your best estimate
Employer Name: Enter the Employer Name for the person receiving income
Is there any other income?: This field is mandatory. Select Yes or No from the dropdown list.
Select No to continue to the Income Summary screen
Select Yes and a new Income Information screen displays to enter the additional income
Click Previous to return to the Household Summary screen.
Click Save & Exit to save your place in the registration and return to the home screen.
Click Next to continue.
