My Applications

The My Applications page allows you to submit a new application for benefits or services, return to an incomplete application that has not been submitted and check the status of a recently submitted application for benefits or services.

 

To begin the process of submitting an application for benefits or services, click the “Apply Now” button if you are not currently receiving benefits or services and want to complete an online application.

If you previously started an application and had to exit and save, click “Continue” next to the appropriate application under Incomplete Applications. This will take you back to the page you last saved on in the application.

 

If you have already submitted an application, click the View Full Summary link to view and/or print a full summary of the application.

 

Click the View Short Summary link to view and/or print a short, summarized version of the application.

 

Click the View Status link to jump to the Application Status Check page to view the status of the submitted application.

 

Click Back to MyAccount to return to the MyAccount Homepage.
