The MyAccount page is the main page for your online account in CAFÉ. Use this page to navigate the CAFÉ Customer Portal.
Click My Applications if you are not currently receiving benefits or services and want to complete an online application, or if you want to return to a previously started online application or if you have previously completed an online application and wish to check the status of the application.
Click Check My Cases to review information regarding your cases according to the benefits or services you receive from DCFS. If your account is not linked to the appropriate program(s), you will be directed to the appropriate screen to link your accounts before proceeding.
Click Notifications to view your messages that have important reminders or information relating to your benefits or services.
Click LaCAP Enrollment/Re-Enrollment to enroll or re-enroll for LaCAP benefits. You may do this after receiving a letter from DCFS. You may click this button to continue an enrollment/re-enrollment that you have already started and saved, print a summary of your recently submitted enrollment/re-enrollment, or check the status of your submitted enrollments.
If you are currently receiving benefits or services, click My Redeterminations to check to see if you are eligible for a redetermination and submit a redetermination application.
Click My Simplified Reporting to submit a Simplified Report, complete a Simplified Report you have already started and saved, or print a summary of a Simplified Report you recently submitted.
Click My Inbox to check your inbox to view important notices relating to your SNAP, FITAP, or KCSP benefits.
Click Report Changes to submit a Change Report, complete a Change Report you have already started and saved, print a summary of a Change Report or check the status of a Change Report you recently submitted.
Click DNSAP Registration to register or modify your registration for Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance.
Click Manage MyAccount to manage your account settings and information, including updating your personal information, PIN, password, or security questions.
To exit the CAFÉ Customer Portal, click Logout.
