Manage My Account

The MyAccount page is used to manage the personal information associated with your online account in the CAFÉ system.

 

Update your personal information or password by clicking the Update your personal information link. Changing the name or email address for your online account DOES NOT change them for your DCFS application or case. This only saves the change to your online account information. Contact your local DCFS field office to report changes to personal information. You may also change your preference to receive notifications through email, text message, or neither. If you choose to receive notifications through text message enter your cell phone number.

 

The User Number (known internally as the Interactive Voice Response (IVR)) is displayed for your reference. This number is used to access account information when you call 1-888-LAHELPYOU.

 

Click the Submit button to save changes to your online account.

 

Click the Back to MyAccount button to return to the main page without saving changes.
