The My Redeterminations page allows you to resubmit an application for continued benefits or services, view cases linked to your account, return to an incomplete redetermination that has not been submitted, check the status of a recently submitted redetermination for continued assistance and see if DCFS received your verifications.
If you are currently receiving benefits or services and wish to apply for Continued Assistance, click the “Apply Now” button. If you do not have your SNAP, FITAP, KCSP or CCAP case linked to your account, clicking the “Apply Now” button leads you to the Link Account to Cases page.
If you have any programs that are currently linked to your account, they display in the Program(s) Linked to Your Account section. If you would like to link any programs to your account, click “Add Other Case(s) to Your Account” to access the Link Account to Cases page.
If you previously started an application for Continued Assistance and had to exit and save, click “Continue” next to the appropriate application under Incomplete Redeterminations. This will take you back to the page you last saved on in the application.
Submitted Redeterminations displays a summary of the Redeterminations and programs you have submitted in the past three years.
Click the View Full Summary link to view and/or print a full summary of the redetermination.
Click the View Short Summary link to view and/or print a short, summarized version of the redetermination.
Click the View Status link to view the status of verifications received.
Click the Check My Cases link to go to the Check My Cases Home Page.
Click Back to MyAccount to return to the MyAccount Homepage.
