This page shows you what programs you are completing a Redetermination for. Programs you are performing a Redetermination for cannot be deselected.
This page also allows you to select a Benefit Program that you would like to apply to. Click the blue link on the name of each program to learn more about the benefit and the eligibility requirements.
Check the box next to each of the program(s) you would like to apply for using the online application for assistance. At least one box must be checked in order to proceed with the online Redetermination.
Click the Next button to save and continue with the online Redetermination.
Click the Previous button to view the previous page. Clicking on the Previous button does not save information you have entered and may result in the information for that page being lost.
Click the Save & Exit button to exit the online Redetermination and save your progress on your Redetermination. The Redetermination is saved as Incomplete.
