This page provides a summary of the information provided in the Household section of the Redetermination/Change Report/Simplified Report.
Some items have an asterisk (*) next to them, indicating they are mandatory. You must fill in these items before you can continue to the next page.
Review the information and confirm it is correct. If you see a mistake in the information you provided, click the Change link to return to the appropriate page and change the information.
To remove a household member from a category, click on the Erase link to remove that person. For Change Reporting and Simplified Reporting, there is also an Erase Changes link to remove changes that were reported.
If you did not previously identify a household member in one of the categories, click Add to return to the category page and enter information for the household member.
Click the Print button to print this page for your reference.
Click the Next button to save and continue with the online Redetermination/Change Report/Simplified Report.
Click the Previous button to view the previous page.
Click the Save & Exit button to exit the online Redetermination/Change Report/Simplified Report and save your progress on your Redetermination/Change Report/Simplified Report. The Redetermination/Change Report/Simplified Report is saved as Incomplete.
