If you closed your account without logging out you will not be able to access your account for 15 minutes.

Downtime

Due to a scheduled maintenance on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 11 am for approximately 3 hours, the Self Service Portal will experience the following:

? Users will be unable to create a new CAFÉ account.
? Users will not be able to update their account information
? Users will experience downtime period(s) and will not be able to sign into their accounts. If a user is logged in to their account when the downtime occurs, the session may be ended.
